Please join us for a special Holiday Power Pub and Panel to learn
about and celebrate the successes that our industry is able to bring
to educational and economic advancements in developing economies.
During this evening, we will have the opportunity to learn about
several initiatives leveraging technology -- and especially the
Internet -- for supporting education in South Africa. What better
way to wrap up the year than to learn from your Valley colleagues
what all these advanced technologies can do to improve individuals'
lives around the world!
The Power Pub will open at 5 p.m. The Panel will begin at 6 p.m.
and last until 7 p.m. In honor of the holidays, we will stay open
until 8 p.m. to have a chance to catch up with our favorite Center
community members in our holiday garb (no, this is not black tie,
but festive attire is encouraged!).
Please mark your calendars for a special, informative, and fun
evening on Thursday, December 9th at the World Internet Center.
