ABOUT ARTURO PEREYRA
Arturo Pereyra is Co-Founder and General Manager
at WiFi Metro, one the largest WISPs in the U.S. Prior to WiFi Metro,
Mr. Pereyra was Vice President of Product Development and eCommerce
for DevX, an information portal for application developers. Prior
to that, he was Director of Business Development and M&A for
a Miami-based Spanish and Portuguese Travel site with offices throughout
Latin America. Mr. Pereyra has held management positions at EY Consulting
and Booz Allen & Hamilton, specializing in high-tech strategy
for software and Internet companies. Mr. Pereyra also worked at
Oracle Corporation where he was on the Product Development team
for Oracle Payables, the cornerstone for the Oracle Family of Financial
Applications. Mr. Pereyra received his MBA from Columbia University
and a B.S. in accounting and economics from the University of California
at Berkeley.
