PROGRAM

Recent discussion usually centers around the "killer applications" and security issues of mCommerce. However, the issue of profitability and sustainability of mCommerce will hinge on viable billing systems. The Roundtable Discussion will focus on the following guidelines: What are the challenges for next generation service providers, including mobile and application service providers (ASPs)? Will there be an integrated, open solution available or will solutions be more proprietary? What standard or key standards will be adopted for billing systems throughout the global market (e.g. TAP (Transfer Account Procedure) vs. others)? Are there leading billing providers for mCommerce or are providers still to emerge? What business issues do providers need to consider in this area and what challenges and obstacles will they face? What issue differences exist for the American market as opposed to European and Asian markets?

PARTICIPATION AND REGISTRATION

Sorry, registration on this program has been closed. If you are interested in this topic, please contact us as the Center may offer a follow-up Interactive Panel Discussion on this subject.
