DESCRIPTION
This Symposium is the first of a two-part Symposium Series on
the usage of Realtime Location Systems (RTLS) and Supply Chain Management
(SCM).
Invited 12-15 participants will have the opportunity to interact
with one another and discuss the following:
* What are the benefits and
challenges of RTLS for SCM in the auto industry?
* What is the perceived expected
return on investment (ROI) for RTLS in supply chain for this industry?
* Which parts of the supply
chain will benefit most and which not at all?
* How will RTLS impact the ?traditional?
supply chain?
* How is RTLS being perceived
in private marketplaces?
