Within five years, wireless devices will account for up to 50 percent of the total eCommerce market.  In the U.S. market  alone, mobile eCommerce is expected to be up to $500 billion by 2005 and twice that within 10 years. Over 1 billion eCommerce-ready wireless phones will exist within five years. That large base will help turn mobile phones into  a preferred medium for the buying and selling of goods and services. Demand for mobile banking, payments, shopping, entertainment and other applications is real. Mobile offerings, such as the ability to dial for a Coke or movie  tickets, are already offered by Telenor in Norway and NTT DoCoMo in Japan. Soon mobile customers will be able to buy insurance, cars and even houses through their wireless devices.  We have the Internet and broadband  wireless technologies to thank for these developments.

Our panel of experts will discuss hot trends and opportunities for the B2B and B2C wireless eCustomer, killer eApplications and eDevices for the delivery of these eServices, and new strategies required in this marketplace.
